Yes! With Streamz’s print-on-demand (POD) service, you can sell merch online without storing any inventory. We print and ship every item automatically when a customer places an order. It’s a completely hands-off model — perfect for influencers, brands, creators and small businesses.
Do you offer fulfilment and shipping services?
Absolutely. Streamz manages everything from printing to packing to global shipping. Our UK-based fulfilment centre ensures fast delivery and full tracking. We ship both domestically and internationally, so your merch can reach fans or staff worldwide.
Can Streamz help me build a custom online merch store?
Yes, we do it all. You can choose between two types of stores: a basic branded merch store (free with our service) or a fully bespoke e-commerce website designed by our in-house team. Either way, Streamz takes care of setup, hosting, and fulfilment so you can focus on growth.
How does Streamz’s print-on-demand service work?
It’s simple: upload your designs or ask to us to make some for you, choose the products you want to sell, and promote your store on your socials, in your store, in your videos etc. When someone places an order, we print the item, pack it, and ship it out — all under your brand. You don't pay for the products, you simply get your share of profits each month with a breakdown of the sales your store has made.
Is there a minimum order for bulk merchandise?
No minimums for print-on-demand. For bulk orders, we offer competitive pricing with low minimums — ideal for events, businesses, and resellers looking to scale up without large upfront costs.
Can I customise the packaging for my brand?

How long does it take to deliver bulk orders?
Typical turnaround for UK bulk orders is 7–10 working days from approval of your final artwork. Urgent? We offer express options too. For global shipping, we provide full tracking with delivery timelines based on location. For more bespoke products, we will give timelines and keep clients updated throughout the process.
Can Streamz support me with design and mockups?
Yes! Our in-house designers will work with you to create stunning visuals, digital mockups, and even full tech packs for bespoke orders. You don’t need to be a designer to get started.
Do I need to be a business to work with Streamz?

How much does it cost to launch a merch store with Streamz?
Our basic branded store is £250. For custom-designed, bespoke websites with bespoke URL's, support emails and more, we offer tailored pricing. Either way, there are no monthly fees, and you earn profit on every item sold.
Do you handle customer service for orders?
We provide automated order tracking and shipping confirmations. If you want us to fully manage support (returns, questions, etc.), just let us know — we can scale the service to suit your brand.
Can I use Streamz to run limited-edition merch drops?
Yes! Time-limited drops are a brilliant way to drive hype and exclusivity. We can schedule launches, manage countdowns, and fulfil everything behind the scenes — whether it's a 1-day drop or a month-long campaign.
How many items can Streamz print per day?
Streamz can print and fulfil 12,000 items a day thanks to our UK-based production centre. Whether you need 50 hoodies for a local event or 5,000 T-shirts for a national campaign, we have the team and technology to scale efficiently without compromising on quality. Our systems are built for speed, accuracy, and high-volume output — perfect for both growing brands and enterprise-level drops. For bulk orders we have no limit.
What is the return policy?
Because all our products are custom-made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Your customers or fans satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of every item.
