Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Streamz Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

We are committed to ensuring that slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking play no part in our operations or those of our suppliers.

Our Business

Streamz Solutions Ltd operates under the brand Streamz.store. We provide:

  • Custom-branded e-commerce stores

  • Bulk order and fulfilment services

  • Staff uniforms and promotional clothing

  • Bespoke products and merchandise

Our supply chains involve manufacturers, fabric and material suppliers, fulfilment partners, and logistics providers, both in the UK and internationally.

Our Policies

We uphold the following principles across our operations:

  • Zero Tolerance: We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in forced or exploitative labour.

  • Supplier Standards: All suppliers and partners are expected to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable employment laws.

  • Due Diligence: We take reasonable steps to verify the ethical standards of our suppliers, especially in higher-risk areas such as overseas textile production.

  • Whistleblowing: We maintain internal reporting channels to allow concerns about unethical practices to be raised confidentially.

Risk Assessment and Supply Chain

We recognise that the manufacture of clothing and textiles can be at higher risk of unethical labour practices. To mitigate this, we:

  • Request supplier information regarding labour practices, certifications, and compliance checks

  • Prioritise working with suppliers who demonstrate recognised ethical standards (e.g. Sedex, ISO, or equivalent)

  • Carry out spot checks and audits where proportionate and feasible

Training and Awareness

Employees involved in supplier management and procurement are made aware of modern slavery risks and our company’s obligations. Staff are encouraged to remain vigilant and escalate any concerns.

Future Steps

We are committed to strengthening our approach by:

  • Expanding supplier checks and documentation requirements

  • Reviewing risk assessments annually

  • Updating this statement regularly to reflect progress

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Directors of Streamz Solutions Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
